Community Agreement

Welcome to LoomMas, where we foster a community built on collaboration, respect, and the power of connection. Our community guidelines are designed to ensure a positive, supportive, and productive environment for all members. We ask all participants to adhere to these simple principles to help us maintain a thriving community.

Our Unique Principles

  1. Abundance Model: LoomMas operates on the belief that there is an abundance of opportunities and resources. We encourage collaboration over competition, connecting organizations with experts who can provide the support they need.
  2. Connection Over Greed: We believe in the power of genuine connections. Our business model avoids taking large proportions of the value from contracts or penalizing users for making connections outside of LoomMas. We promote open, honest interactions without fear of punishment.
  3. Focus on Expertise: Experts should focus on what they love and do best. LoomMas takes care of the rest, allowing you to concentrate on your passions while we handle administrative tasks.
  4. Scaling Social Connection: Leveraging digital technology and the science of networks, LoomMas aims to democratize the power of social connections. Here, “what you know” is as important as “who you know”.

General Community Guidelines

  • Zero Tolerance: Treat everyone in the LoomMas community with respect, period. We have a zero-tolerance policy for hate or discrimination. • Timely Responses: We hope experts will reply to connection requests in a timely manner. Prompt responses help maintain the flow of opportunities and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
